My name is Hanneke Moed. I’m a visual writer, artist & mother, inspired by nature, music and everyday life.
I was born in 1984 into a creative family in the Netherlands and I still live in a “creatively organized” home filled with instruments, tools, and other materials for making things.
We create and enjoy ourselves with all sorts of projects, usually focusing on the joy of the process itself. Sometimes the finished results are also wonderful to enjoy: clothing, jewelry, furniture, hand puppets, stuffed animals, keychains, T-shirts, drawings, (art) journals, books and more.
For our most recent project, we collaborated with others to create towering, hand-painted canvases for the Graceland Festival. Creativity is our language, it connects us. We give shape – both literally and figuratively – to feelings, thoughts, ideas, and interests.
